Pradosh&nbsp; Pattnaik was\nthe Convenor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Conference inaugural function was presided over by Mr S C\nBhadra and the National President of AIFTP, Mr D K Gandhi was the chief Guest\non the occasion.
