It\u2019s the skill you have acquired which decides whether\nyou can be employed,\u201d Mr. Gourav Saini, Director (HR) of HMD Global, the\nFinnish company that makes Nokia phones, said while addressing the two-day\nsecond HR Conclave which began at the SOA Deemed to be University here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SOA and the Global Work Force\nManagement (GWFM) have jointly organized the conclave being attended by\nindustry experts and academic leaders.
