Siksha \u2018O\u2019 Anusandhan Deemed to be University on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global fintech leader with a strong presence in India\u2019s innovation and financial technology ecosystem to foster deeper collaboration between academia and industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The MoU was signed between SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda and Broadridge India\u2019s HR Head Ms. Ritu Rakhra in the presence of senior leadership of both institutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event also included interactive sessions with students during which representatives from Broadridge shared insights on emerging trends in financial technologies, evolving career opportunities and the changing skills landscape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Broadridge nurtures early career talent through campus programs, innovation challenges, mentorship and skilling initiatives. The collaboration with SOA aligns with Broadridge\u2019s vision of empowering future professionals with relevant, real world exposure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This partnership also marks a significant milestone in SOA\u2019s ongoing efforts to align academic learning with real-world applications. Through this collaboration, both institutions aimed to bridge the gap between academic education and industry expectations by providing experiential learning, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and domain specific training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As per the MoU, SOA and Broadridge will collaborate on enhancing industry-relevant training programs by integrating current tools and trends, organizing guest lectures, industry-led workshops and expert mentoring sessions while providing students with internship opportunities and potential career pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis collaboration reflects SOA\u2019s sustained commitment to engaging meaningfully with industry partners and preparing our students to be future-ready through practical learning,\u201d Prof. Nanda said after the signing of the MoU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Rakhra said Broadridge was delighted to partner with SOA as this collaboration underscored the company\u2019s commitment to nurture talent and drive innovation by working closely with academic institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SOA has actively pursued partnerships like this across IT and core sectors to ensure the students could gain relevant, hands-on skills, said Mr. Ripti Ranjan Dash, SOA\u2019s Director, Corporate Relations and Industry Engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
